3d printing
The 3D printing process isn’t that complex. 3D printing is the creation of a 3D form by building it up layer by layer. First, you need a digital 3D form to print out which can be created with 3D CAD softwares.  Once you have your desired 3D model, it needs to be sliced into layers so it can be printed.  This is a job for your 3D printing software which slices through your model and turns it into hundreds or even thousands of horizontal layers of a determined thickness. Then it transfers them to your printer to be recreated accordingly into a physical model.  After printing out every layer, you will have your 3D physical model ready!
Some printers require post processing for models. Meaning, after printing, you have to go through additional stages to finish your final model.  3D printing technologies vary and so do the materials. Materials range from plastics, to metals, to cells, to food!  Choosing the best technology and material depends on the application of your product.  Once you have chosen, it is time for you to start creating!
